On July 12, the city walk “Put Out the Fire! Fires and Fire Prevention in Weimar’s Past” took place as part of the project “The 1926 Party Congress – A Parodic Re-enactment.” Led by Axel Stefek, the walk traced the history of fires in Weimar and explored how the city’s approaches to fire prevention and protection have developed over time.
This program was funded by the “Partnerschaft für Demokratie Weimar” in frame of the federal program‚Demokratie leben!‘, as well as the Thüringer Landesprogramms ‚Denk bunt‘ and the Diakoniestiftung.
